Sustainability

Community Engagement

Working with Local Communities

Community engagement begins at the earliest stage of project development, before any land is secured or permits are applied for. We conduct structured consultation processes that meet IFC requirements and Zambian regulatory standards.

Each project includes a community development programme, a formal grievance mechanism and ongoing engagement throughout construction and operations.

We prioritise local employment and procurement, working with community leaders and local government to maximise the economic benefit of each project for the surrounding area.
